Will drinking orange juice through a straw lessen chances of allergic reactions?

I am allergic to citrus fruits, I think. Everytime I eat them, my mouth starts feeling itchy will appear red, sometimes even swollen. I just wanna know, should I have a craving for orange juice, will drinking it through a straw (minimizing contact the juice has with my lips) be ok?
